Mostly reading and recording. You'll work through land records, deeds and leases on a computer, follow the trail of who owned what, and write up what you find so a supervisor or attorney can use it.
Remotely. We provide the equipment, and your work is supervised and directed by our team and the attorneys on each project. It's desk-based research, not field work or door-to-door.
