Our story
Ascendancy Services was founded in Pittsburgh to give firms a dependable, employed workforce for title work.
We employ experienced abstractors and curative specialists, and run our own training to bring new people into an industry that is famously hard to break into. Our team researches title across the Appalachian region of Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, and works in any state where title work requires attorney oversight or direction.
